CollectivWarehouse goes above and beyond to ensure the best possible delivery of our beautiful gift boxes. We really want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not, we’re here to help.

We ask that you notify us of any complaints regarding the orders you have received within 7 days. You can do so by sending an email to info@collectivwarehouse.com. We will respond as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days.

Delivery Times and Shipping

1. When will my order be shipped?

For Perfect Basics items that are in stock, delivery takes 2–3 business days. For Limited Edition items, delivery is subject to the schedule listed with the product. If you order a combination of Perfect Basics and Limited Edition items, the Perfect Basics items will be shipped immediately, and the Limited Edition items will be shipped during the previously announced delivery week.

2. How much are the shipping costs?

We calculate the shipping costs for your order based on its weight and the destination country. These costs are automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process. This way, you know exactly what to expect before finalizing your order. All orders (including partial shipments) over 100 euros are shipped for free within the Netherlands. We use PostNL for our orders. After you place your order, you’ll automatically receive a tracking code that lets you track your order as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

5. What is the delivery time for Perfect Basics items?

Perfect Basics items that are in stock will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days if you select "immediate delivery" during the checkout process. This means your package will arrive at your doorstep within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you can track it using a tracking code.

6. What is the delivery time for Limited Edition items?

All Limited Edition items, as well as any Perfect Basics items you include in your order, will be shipped according to the delivery schedule provided in advance. For each Limited Edition item, the calendar week in which orders will be shipped is specified. Taking shipping time into account, you will receive your order no later than the Tuesday of the week following the shipping week.

7. Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

If you’d like to have your order delivered to an address other than the billing address, that’s certainly possible. During the ordering process, you’ll have the option to enter a different delivery address. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will attempt to leave the package with one of your neighbors, and you will find a “not home” notice in your mailbox. You may also be able to pick up your package at one of the delivery service’s pickup locations. In that case, you will also find a “not home” notice in your mailbox.

Payment

1. When do I pay for my order?

Orders placed with CollectivWarehouse can be paid for directly during the ordering process using iDeal, Bancontact Mister Cash, Sofort Banking, PayPal, and Mastercard. During checkout, you can select your preferred payment method.

For Perfect Basics items, full payment must be made immediately to finalize the order. For pre-orders of Limited Edition items, which will be delivered at a later date, you will receive an invoice with the final order amount at the end of the pre-order period.

2. Can I cancel my order for Limited Edition items?

You may cancel the Limited Edition items you have ordered if you wish. However, since we have already started production on this order, there will be a fee. A cancellation fee of 25% of the purchase price of the canceled items applies to Limited Edition orders.

3. How do I know the price of Limited Edition items?

Once the auction registration period closes, we will tally the results. Based on the orders received, the final price per item will be determined in accordance with the previously communicated pricing schedule. That is also when we will send you the invoice.

4. How do I pay at CollectivWarehouse?

CollectivWarehouse uses Mollie Payments for online transactions. Mollie Payments ensures secure online payments.

5. What additional costs are involved?

All prices listed on the website are exclusive of VAT. VAT is automatically calculated during the checkout process. The listed prices also exclude any shipping costs, which are also automatically calculated during the checkout process. If you return any items, you are responsible for the cost of shipping your package back to us.

Returns, Exchanges, and Complaints

1. Where can I report shipping issues?

In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues with your order, such as damage or an incomplete delivery, please contact us within 24 hours by sending an email to info@collectivwarehouse.com. We will immediately get to work on resolving the issue for you.

2. Can I return my items?

You have the right to return all Perfect Basics items (purchased from our stock) to CollectivWarehouse within 14 days without giving a reason. This period begins on the day you receive your order. You can notify us of your return, or parts thereof, via email: info@collectivwarehouse.com. Once you have done so, you have 14 days to return your order to us.

Please note! All returns must first be reported via email.

We can only accept returns of items that are unused and returned in their original packaging. You will be credited the full order amount, excluding shipping costs, for all items returned in accordance with our policy. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returns. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package; please check your carrier’s website for exact rates. We recommend that you keep the shipping receipt with the tracking code in a safe place.

As soon as we receive the returned items within the specified time frame, we will inspect them. If the return meets the specified conditions, the purchase price of the returned items will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days. There are no costs associated with this refund.

No right of return for Limited Edition items
Limited Edition items purchased from CollectivWarehouse through online auctions are custom-made according to the specifications and quantity you provide. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these items. The sale is final upon successful payment.

3. Can I exchange my items?

Would you prefer to order a different item instead? Of course, you can do so if it’s a Perfect Basics (in-stock) item. In that case, the same terms and conditions apply as for the returns described above. Please indicate on the return form which replacement items you’d like to receive.

Limited Edition items are produced in a one-time run in the exact quantity ordered. For this reason, Limited Edition items cannot be exchanged. If you would like to order additional or different Limited Edition items, please send us an email at info@collectivwarehouse.com with your request. We will then see if we can assist you.
